Volunteers of America Southeast demonstrates that “there are no limits to caring” through our programs for children and youth. Gang prevention, educational, recreational, and spiritual services are provided for at-risk youth and children through the Light of the Village, which serves as the model for Volunteers of America’s Light of the City Program. Light of the City also offers information, guidance, and support for other faith-based organizations seeking to establish services in areas of high risk for children and youth.
