Programs and Services for:

Japanese Earthquake / Tsunami Relief

One hundred percent of all monies received by Volunteers of America Southeast for the Japanese earthquake / tsunami relief will be used by local churches in Japan to provide food, water, medical, and other humanitarian supplies to the people directly affected by the disaster. Volunteers of America Southeast is working with Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the Japanese Baptist Convention to distribute the supplies. Because the affiliated churches are already established in areas most affected, there is no cost for infrastructure and personnel, allowing all funds to be used directly for relief. Relief supplies will be distributed by volunteers to all people in need, regardless of their religious affiliation.
